The building will provide a brand new hospice, developed around a series of walled gardens and a more open, larger central landscaped area.

The core of the hospice is an internal, double height, circular hub which is open at ground floor level to vistors, patients and staff. All of the office space is located on the first floor overlooking the central courtyard and with access to a planted green roof.
